This eight-week course focuses on mastering interactive hosting and large-group management within Zoom. The program moves from core administrative tasks, like role delegation and advanced security, into dynamic engagement tools such as Breakout Rooms, digital whiteboarding, and live polling. As the weeks progress, participants learn the nuances of managing high-capacity meetings using “Spotlight” and “Pin” features, alongside strict security protocols to control chat and annotations. The training concludes with a comprehensive practical workshop, where users must integrate every learned feature—from security to teamwork—into a single, flawlessly executed live session.
