Position Overview:
We’re seeking a Marketing and Technology Manager to drive integrated marketing campaigns, oversee the adoption of impactful technologies, and provide strategic data-driven insights. This role is perfect for a dynamic professional eager to contribute to meaningful, community-centered initiatives while supporting international business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
Design, implement, and manage marketing strategies that effectively promote Radenamias LLC’s services, training programs, and diaspora initiatives.Technology Integration & Training:
Lead the integration of digital tools and platforms across marketing initiatives and operational processes. Develop and deliver technology training programs tailored for both internal staff and external clients.Analytics & Consulting:
Use data analytics to optimize marketing strategies and guide business decisions. Offer consulting services on digital marketing trends, tools, and technology solutions for both domestic and international clients.
Ideal Qualifications:
Proven experience in marketing strategy development and campaign management
Strong understanding of technology applications in marketing and business operations
Experience in creating and delivering training programs
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
Excellent communication, leadership, and consulting skills
Interest in or familiarity with Francophone Africa and diaspora community initiatives is a strong plus
